ATS Financial fix-and-flip loans have a minimum loan amount of $20K* and a maximum loan amount up to $100M (Exceptions Granted).

Do you lend on construction or repairs?

Yes, ATS Financial specializes in providing fix/flip loans that include both the purchase and repair costs as part of one loan.

What states does ATS Financial offer its fix-and-flip loan products?

ATS Financial provides lending in all States and District of Columbia with special focus in Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Fort Myers, Naples) and Texas (San Antonio and Austin).

What is the minimum FICO score for ATS Financial fix-and-flip loans?

ATS Financial is able to provide financing to clients with little or no credit score.

What type of documentation is required for ATS Financial fix-and-flip loans?

We look at things very differently than a bank and rely mostly on your real estate experience and other common sense factors when making decisions. All we need is a completed application to start the process. We have a dedicated team of Account Executives that will assist you in getting funding with minimum documentation.?

Do you lend to Companies or LLC’s?

Yes, we lend to both individuals and companies. However, in some States, such as Florida, Our fix-and-flip loans are only available to the following borrowers:

  • LLCs
  • Limited Partnerships
  • General Partnerships
  • Corporations

Do you lend to Foreign Nationals?

We have a special fix-and-flip program for Foreign Nationals (Non-US Residents or Citizens). Contact us for more details.

Can I receive financing for a residence that I’m looking to live in?

Not under our fix-and-flip program. We do however work with a wide range of lenders and investors who would be able to provide loans for owner occupied properties.  

Is there a prepayment penalty?

No, there is no prepayment penalty on our 12-month fix-and-flip loans.
